Hoppin hippos was the best water slide rental company I have ever worked with. Speaking with Caroline was easy and she was able to give me answers to every single one of my questions. They are very accommodating to all situations and helped us out with a late pickup time. They came and set up super fast while also picking up fast as well. My family had so much fun with the waterslide obstacle course! the communication that happened throughout the process of renting is truly what has us wanting to return as a customer! for those who only speak spanish, they speak spanish as well!!! The bounce I ordered didn’t fit but Caroline and Oscar made sure I had one that fit my yard, they came back with a better option just in time for my son’s party. Customer service is incredible. My kids loved the water slide

Okay, this review is way overdue. Back in June, we had a birthday party for my 8yr old daughter. We had reached out to a few places but Hoppin Hippos was the first to respond and the most friendly! We booked rather quickly because we just had a good feeling about them. We were right. The communication, professionalism, friendliness, all just extremely top notch. And when it came time for delivery and pick up,  they were very communicative and on time. They were so patient and kind answering all my 10,000 questions and explaining everything in great detail. The bounce house was amazing! Clean and so much fun! I loved the little bonus sign of the safety rules!!  We booked another bounce house about a month later after that because we knew we wanted to go with Hoppin Hippos again and didn’t want to miss the opportunity! The experience thus far has been the same, just absolutely amazing. 5 stars isn’t enough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The sweetest and most wonderful family. Thank you Hoppin Hippos!! (PS. We had the pleasure of having hoppin hippos 7/18 for my son’s 7th birthday. It was a great experience from Caroline answering 50 questions prior to me even booking to her reaching out several days before the party. Caroline is the sweetest person ever! She made the rental process super easy and super convenient to use she answered all the questions I had! I definitely recommend Hoppin Hippos for your next event you won’t regret it!
